Sally’s chicken

2 cups flour
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 cups cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Soak chicken in salt water overnight. Roll chicken pieces in melted butter or cream, then in Sally’s mixture. Bake for one hour. Can use bread crumbs instead of crackers.
