Rhubarb muffins

1/2 cup butter

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 egg

2 cups diced rhubarb

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup milk

3 cups flour

Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons nuts

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Put dough in a muffin pan and then sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
