Charcuterie cups

From the kitchen of: Rachel Klinkner of Cashton, Wisconsin

Cheddar cheese
Gouda cheese
Pepper jack cheese
Dried apricots
Pitted green olives
Miniature peppers, drained or chopped sweet red bell pepper
Sliced salami
Italian breadsticks
Fresh rosemary sprigs

Thread cheeses and bites on small picks. Place breadsticks and picks into cups. Garnish with rosemary.
