Apple salad

From the kitchen of Lorilee Schultz of Orangeville, Illinois


4 apples, cored and chopped in 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup raisins, dried cranberries or dried cherries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup coconut flakes (optional)
2 cups Greek yogurt

Mix together.
