Almond crescents

From the kitchen of Cherrie Frost of Withee, Wisconsin


1 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup almonds or pecans
1 2/3 cups flour

Cream together sugar and butter. Add flour and nuts. Mix to handling consistency. Form into small crescents or balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 12 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
