Salsa dip

From the kitchen of Kathleen Hafemeister of Hustisford, Wisconsin


8 ounces cream cheese
Any brand of pineapple salsa
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

Spread softened cream cheese on a microwave-safe plate with higher sides. Pour pineapple salsa (I like Newman’s Own) over the cream cheese. Top with finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Melt in microwave. Great with tortilla chips.
