Jellied whole cranberry sauce

From the kitchen of Pat Schilling of Fort Ripley, Minnesota


2 bags cranberries

3 cups sugar


Wash cranberries. Add cranberries and just enough water to just see it in cooking kettle. Add sugar and boil for 10 minutes so it gets good and thick. Allow to cool a little and put in blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a bowl to serve and enjoy.
