1/2 pound cooked shredded chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 can red enchilada sauce
1-2 cups milk, depending on thickness preference
Toppings:
Shredded cheese
Nacho chips
Mix soups, enchilada sauce and milk in large soup pot; add cooked chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes or until heated through. Top with shredded cheese and crushed nacho chips.
