2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 packet taco seasoning
4 cups shredded lettuce
4 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
4 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded (1 cup)
1 large roma tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup sliced black olives

Beat sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning in a large bowl until blended. Spread cream cheese mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Top with lettuce, cheddar, pepper jack, tomato, green pepper and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
Great make-ahead recipe! Prepare the cream cheese mixture up to a day in advance. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
