Two eggs
Veggies or meat (asparagus, mushrooms, peppers, sausage, bacon, etc.)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Cream cheese
3 tablespoons milk
Butter
Salt and pepper

Put veggies and meats in pan and fry until cooked through. Season them to your liking. After veggies and meats are cooked, mix two eggs and milk in bowl. Place 1/2 tablespoon butter in pan. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook until the egg is done. Place a few tablespoons of cream cheese on one side of egg, enough to cover the one side of omelet. Then place veggies and meats on top of cream cheese. Then sprinkle with shredded cheese and some salt and pepper. Flip the other side of egg over the top of inside ingredients. Sprinkle top of omelet with shredded cheese and salt and pepper. Slide omelet on to plate.
