12 medium potatoes, boiled
  until soft
1 package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream  
Salt, garlic powder and pepper,
  to taste
¼ cup butter, melted

Beat cooked potatoes in mixer on high. Once potatoes are mashed, turn mixer to low and add cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings to taste. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Pour in a greased 9-by-13 pan. Pour melted butter on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, or cover and refrigerate until needed. You can also freeze.
