Lasagna noodles
1 pound of ground beef
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
2 jars of spaghetti sauce
1/2 container of cottage cheese
3 bags of shredded cheese (Italian blend, Colby-Jack and Mozzarella)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil lasagna noodles and fry 1 pound of hamburger. Add 1/4 cup onion and 1/4 cup green pepper to hamburger. Drain grease off hamburger, add two jars spaghetti sauce and 1/2 container cottage cheese. Drain noodles. In casserole dish, start with noodles on bottom, next is sauce, then top with shredded cheese – one package per layer. Keep alternating for three or four times. To top it off, use two packages of cheese. The Italian blend, Colby-jack and mozzarella are the three I use. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
