1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups water
4 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

    Mix sugar, cocoa and water in a 2-quart sauce pan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for two minutes. Stir in milk and heat through, but do not boil. Stir in vanilla.
