6-8 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 cups cubed ham
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup carrots, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    All ingredients are placed in a large crockpot. Heat on low for at least 8 hours. Stir occasionally.
