1 box (18.3 ounces) fudge brownie mix
4 cups powdered sugar
3 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
8 to 10 drops green food coloring
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup whipping cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of a 9-by-13 pan. Make and bake brownie mix. Cool completely. In large bowl, beat all filling ingredients until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate about an hour before frosting. Melt chocolate chips, butter and cream, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cool 10 minutes. Pour over filling. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chocolate is set. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
