In medium pot combine:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
Bring to a boil and take off heat.

Add to above mixture:
1 cup flour and stir
4 eggs, one at a time and mix well after each.
Spread mixture onto a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, add and beat with a mixer until smooth:
8 ounces cream cheese (add a little of the milk for smoothness)
2 1/2 cups milk
6 ounces instant chocolate pudding
Spread over crust and top with cool whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
