5 cups oatmeal
1 pack Graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup raw wheat germ
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips

    Mix all dry ingredients except chocolate chips. Add butter and mix. Spread in two 9-by-13 pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. After removing from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cool and store in airtight container.
