1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can corn with juice
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 cup broccoli flowerets
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 soup cans of milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Combine first six ingredients in a large pot. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining of ingredients except for cheese and continue cooking until vegetables are soft. Add and mix in cheese before serving.
