1-2 pound bag frozen hash browns

1 stick butter, cubed

8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 pint whipping cream

1 cup chopped onion

Seasoning salt


Layer half hash browns, half onion, seasoning salt, half butter, half of each cheese. Layer again. Pour whipping cream over top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
