12 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 package instant lemon pudding and pie filling

Beat cream cheese until soft. Blend in 1/2 cup of milk. Add remaining milk, sugar, vanilla and pudding. Beat as directed on package. Pour into an 8- or 9-inch graham cracker pie crust. Chill until firm. Top with a can of cherry pie filling.
