1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons pomegranate juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups spring mixed salad or assorted chopped greens
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 container (4.4 ounces) fresh blueberries
1-2 ounces brick cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
1-2 ounces mozzarella string cheese, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/3 cup walnut pieces

Servings: 4.
Whisk the first five ingredients in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Set aside. Combine the remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl; toss with the reserved dressing.
