3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Melt butter and olive oil. Add garlic and cream. Simmer, stirring constantly. Add pepper, parmesan and mozzarella. Melt. You can add cut up chicken, shrimp or vegetables.
