3 1/2 cups water
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans, divided
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
16 ounces strawberries, sliced
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
Two 4.75-ounce Junket Danish Dessert, strawberry flavor
3-4 bananas, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For crust, combine brown sugar, flour and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in ½ cup of pecans. Press into a greased 9- by  13-inch pan and bake for 12 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Stir in remaining pecans. Spread over cooled crust. Layer banana slices over cream cheese layer. On the stovetop, bring the Danish dessert and water to a boil, stirring often. Cook until it thickens. Add strawberries. Pour on top of banana layer and refrigerate until set. Store in refrigerator.
You can also use frozen strawberries, just leave out 1/2 cup of water. You can also substitute the strawberries with raspberries; use raspberry flavored Danish dessert. The Junket Danish Dessert comes in a box similar to Jell-O and can be found near the canned pie fillings in the grocery store.
