Peas and rice
From the kitchen of Renee Kotek of Osage, Iowa
20 ounces frozen peas
3 cups Minute Rice
2 10-ounce cans cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces Velveeta
1 1/3 cups butter
Chopped onions
Melt Velveeta and butter in microwave. Add all other ingredients. Place in greased 9- by 13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
