Cheesy Potatoes
From the kitchen of Nicole Bradley, Camp Douglas, Wisconsin
32 ounces hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup chopped onion
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except for the 2 tablespoons of melted butter and corn flakes. Put in a greased 9-by-13 pan. Combine the 2 tablespoons melted butter and corn flakes and put on top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes
