Lasagna

15 ounces cottage cheese
1/4 cup parsley flakes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 pound grated mozzarella
cheese
1 1/2 quarts spaghetti sauce
2 pounds browned ground beef
Mix together cottage cheese, parsley, parmesan cheese and eggs. Place noodles (uncooked) in bottom of greased 9-by-13 pan. Spoon 1/3 of cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Follow with 1/3 browned ground beef, 1/3 of sauce and 1/3 mozzarella. Layer noodles, beef, cottage cheese sauce and mozzarella. Repeat. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
