Red hotdish
From Katie Grinstead, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin
1 pound hamburger
Green pepper
Onion
Garlic
Two cans of tomato soup
1 can of corn
12 ounces elbow noodles
1 cup shredded cheddar
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Brown hamburger with peppers, onion and garlic, boil noodles, and combine all ingredients. Warm on the stove or in a crock pot (be careful that noodles don’t get mushy).
