Chocolate torte

From Dianne Kindschuh, Brownsville, Wis.

1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 Tablespoons sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
1 package (3 ounces) chocolate fudge instant pudding
1 package (3 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 large container Cool Whip
Crushed nuts

Mix first four ingredients together. Press into a 9-by-13 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not fill until completely cool. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Beat instant puddings with milk. Spread on cream cheese layer. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with crushed nuts.
