Zucchini Crisp

3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cook for 10 minutes or longer, until tender. Place into a lightly greased 9- by 13-inch or 1.5 quart pan.
Topping:
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
dash of salt
Sprinkle over zucchini. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly.[[In-content Ad]]
