Strawberry Daiquiri Cheese Cake Dessert


Crust:
25 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/3 cup butter, melted
Cake:
6 oz. frozen daiquiri juice (strawberry), thawed
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix together the crust ingredients and place into a 9x13 pan. Press down and refrigerate right away. In a microwavable bowl, heat the juice concentrate until it is almost boiling. Then pour the gelatin on top and stir often. While cooling, beat the cream cheese. Then add sweetened condensed milk and beat well. Add cooled juice and mix slowly on low speed. Add Cool Whip on low speed. Then pour into the 9x13 pan on top of the crust. Refrigerate over night. Cut pieces and serve with a spoonful of Cool Whip on each piece. Top with a strawberry on each piece.
