Sour Cream Noodle Bake

1 tsp salt
½ tsp garlic
¼ tsp pepper
2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium sized egg noodles
12 oz. sour cream
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 or 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Brown meat. Add seasonings, tomato soup and simmer for 5 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. Add cottage cheese, sour cream and onions to the noodles. Alternate layers of noodles, meat and cheddar cheese into a deep casserole dish. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
