Rhubarb Dessert
Recipes submitted by Joan Fleck, Rice, Minn.
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
Mix all ingredients together well and put half of mixture into a 9- by 13-inch pan.
In a bowl, combine three cups chopped rhubarb, 1 1/2 cups sugar and three table
spoons flour. Stir so rhubarb is coated. Pour over crust. Sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top.
Sprinkle a 3-ounce package of strawberry or raspberry Jello over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
