6-8 large potatoes, any type of
preferred
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 stick butter (I like to use Burnett Dairy/Fancy Brand)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. of each:
Pepper
Kosher salt
Season salt
Paprika

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Wash and dice potatoes, add to ceramic or glass pan. Drizzle olive oil on top. Cut half stick of butter into equal chunks and add to top of potatoes. Add seasonings. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven, remove aluminum foil, stir potatoes, add ranch dressing and cheese, stir. Put back in oven for five minutes to melt cheese and serve.[[In-content Ad]]
