Oven Baked Chicken with Melted Mozzarella and Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients
Chicken:
6 skinless chicken breasts (about 1½ pounds)
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
Sea salt & pepper to taste
6 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
Pasta:
1 (16 ounce) package of whole-wheat pasta
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken breasts. Dredge chicken in flour. Place in a greased baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes and then top with sliced mozzarella. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
While chicken is cooking, cook pasta according to package. While pasta is cooking, heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, parsley, basil and salt. Cook over medium low heat until pasta is done, stirring occasionally.
Drain pasta, reserving some pasta water. Add pasta to butter sauce and toss well. Add a few tablespoons of pasta water as needed to extend the sauce. Serve with chicken.[[In-content Ad]]
