Nieman Marcus Bars

Recipe submitted by Karen Trutwin, Sobieski, Minn.

Crust:

Mix together one Butter Pecan or Butter Brickle cake mix and one stick of butter, melted. Pat into a 9 by 13 inch pan. Set aside.

Topping:

Mix together two eggs, eight ounces of cream cheese, one stick of melted butter and three and one-half cups of powdered sugar. Pour on top of crust. Sprinkle one cup chopped pecans on top and pat into topping. Bake at 350ยบ F for 30 to 33 minutes.[[In-content Ad]]
