Mashed Potato Casserole

12 medium potatoes; peeled cooked and mashed
Add:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Beat together with mixer until fluffy. Place in large casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. It can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator. The next day back it again at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove from the oven and mix again with mixer until fluffy. Add extra of the above ingredients to taste.
