Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

3 lbs. potatoes (about 9), peeled
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 bacon strips, cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions chopped

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash potatoes. Add cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Stir in milk and seasonings. Put potatoes in 9- by-13-inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese, onions and bacon. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until heated through.[[In-content Ad]]
