Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

Recipes provided by Missy Kremer. She milks 26 cows with her husband, Corey, near Watkins, Minn.

1 (24 count) box Kemps Ice Cream Sandwiches
1 (12 oz) container Lite Cool Whip
1 cup chopped salted cocktail
peanuts
Lite Hershey's syrup

Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with a layer of ice cream sandwiches. Spread half of the Cool Whip over the sandwiches and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts. Drizzle the syrup over the peanuts. Repeat with rest of the ingredients: ice cream sandwiches, cool whip, peanuts and syrup. Place in the freezer until firm and then serve![[In-content Ad]]
