Fresh Strawberry Delight
1 cup butter
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cups whipping cream
2 Tbsp sugar
1 qt. strawberries
Crush Nilla wafers. Put half in 9x13 cake pan. Cream butter, add powdered sugar, add eggs. Pour over crumbs. Layer berries. Whip the cream, add sugar. Pour over fruit. Put the rest of crumbs on the top. Refrigerate overnight. Note: Good with fresh raspberries too.
