Four Cheese Chicken Fettuccine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
2 1/2 cups cubed chicken
Cook the noodles. In the meantime, combine the soup, mushrooms, cream, butter and garlic in a large skillet and cook until well blended. Stir in the cream cheese and cook until it is melted. Add the chicken and the drained noodles and mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and sprinkle cheeses over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes.
