Easy Mashed Potatoes

Recipe submitted by Jeannette Sheehan Rochester, Minn.

5 lbs. potatoes cubed and boiled
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. onion salt or green chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix together with mixer. Pour into buttered two-quart casserole dish. Brush with butter and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees. The length of time depends on the potatoes.
Fresh: 15 - 20 minutes
Room temp: 30 - 45 minutes
Refrigerated cold: 45 - 60 minutes
Frozen: thaw before baking.
May be frozen up to two weeks before use.
