Double Chip Cheesecake Bars
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cold butter
Cut together with pastry blender. It should be coarse. Press into un-greased 9 x 13 pan and bake 350 for 20 minutes.
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup semi sweet chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Cream brown sugar and cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until combined. Stir in half the semi sweet chips, butterscotch chips and walnuts. Spread over crust and sprinkle remaining chips on top. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool before serving.
