Chocolate-Strawberry Puffed Pancake
3 large eggs, at room temperature
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar, divided
1 pound strawberries, or more if desired
Hershey's chocolate syrup
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put butter in a 9-inch cast iron skillet and place in oven to melt. Combine eggs and milk in a blender until frothy. Add flour, salt, vanilla and two tablespoons sugar and blend until smooth. Distribute butter evenly over the bottom of the skillet; quickly pour batter into skillet. Immediately place in oven and bake 15 minutes; batter will rise on sides, creating a bowl shape. Slice strawberries and toss with remaining sugar. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries and drizzle with Hershey's chocolate sauce.[[In-content Ad]]
