Cheese Ring and Jam
1 pound (4 cups) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
2 cups mayo
1 teaspoon pepper
½ cup slivered almonds
Strawberry or raspberry jam
Fry the bacon until crisp. Mix together the cheese, green onion, mayo and pepper. Crumble the bacon into the mixture.
Line a bundt pan with Saran Wrap. Add the almonds and fill with the cheese mixture. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Serve with jam, crackers and French bread.[[In-content Ad]]
