Cabbage and Dumplings
3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
Chop cabbage. Put in frying pan with the butter and fry until soft.
Dumplings:
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 cups flour
Mix, drop teaspoon worth of dough in boiling water. When done, drain and add to the fried cabbage
