The Next Generation - Sadie Frericks
Sadie and her husband, Glen, milk 70 cows near Melrose, Minn. They have three children - Dan, 10, Monika, 7 and Daphne 3. When she's not parenting or farming, she's writing for the Dairy Star. Sadie can be reached at gsfrericks@meltel.net.

Just Thinking Out Loud- Natalie Schmitt
Natalie, Mark and his brother Al Schmitt farm together near Rice, MN. They milk 100 registered Holsteins under the RALMA prefix. Their 4 children are great help around the farm and are pushing Natalie out of several jobs. Therefore she is thankful to have something else to do.

Veterinary Wisdom- Dr. Jim Bennett, DVM
Jim Bennett is a large animal veterinarian from Rochester, Minn.

The "Meilke" Market Weekly- Lee Mielke
Lee Mielke was born and raised in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and is a graduate
of Brown Institute in Minneapolis, Minn.

U of M Nutrition- Jim Linn
Jim is a nutrtionist for the University of Minnesota- St. Paul.

Ag Insider- Don Wick
Don Wick is a partner and broadcaster for the Red River Farm Network, based in Grand Forks, North Dakota. He is the 2004 National Farm Broadcaster of the Year. Don and his wife Kolleen have two adult sons; Tony and Sam, and one very special grandson-Aiden.

Jerry is a recovering dairy farmer from Volga, S.D. He and his wife, Julie, have two grown sons and live on the farm where Jerry's great-grandfather homesteaded over 110 years ago.
